Since my children outgrew the train table, it has been repurposed into their own personal Lego-holding tank. It keeps the pieces off the floor, so I don't vacuum them up, and lets them have a space they can leave creations mid-build, where they won't get stepped on, broken, or packed up by me in a clean-up.
