Why Jessica Simpson Is An Unexpected Role Model

A Post-Baby Weight-Loss program that is actually realistic and do-able

Kegels Schmegels

“I had a c-section so I don’t have to do kegels, right?”

“Wrong,” I had to answer, but I could understand the attraction of a kegel-free life.

Mariah Carey Is Not a Role Model

Superhuman Fat Loss And Misplaced Priorities

Where are our priorities, people?

At my hairstylist’s earlier this week, I picked up a copy of US Weekly. I read celebrity magazines about once every 2-3 months... when I visit my hairstylist.

...exercise about to go out the window.

Down in the Dumps

Depressed? Stressed? How to Keep Yourself On Track

Even trainers fall off the wagon... I haven't exactly fallen off the "fitness wagon" - I don't think I've gone more than 2 days without a workout in months. But I have fallen off the "happy wagon"... and the "diet wagon"... not to mention the "sobriety wagon"...

There has been a lot of crying, wine and potato chips in my life for the last couple of weeks.
