MargaretAnne J. Taylor and Dawn Wallin saw a need for moms to be able to take their kids with them and for families to do things like work out together. In our society, we are so separated into different age groups. That was a big motivation for Dawn and MargaretAnne to start PlayFit.
Moms, dads, caregivers, grandparents come to the playground with their children and trainers work out the adults while the kids play nearby. It’s something families can do together. And, as one mom said, there are few places where you can take more than one child, especially if you have a baby and a toddler or two.
