How To Choose A Proper Fitting Bra

You're in the fitting room looking into the all-telling mirror trying on a hot slinky top, loving the way it looks until you turn around and suddenly every sexy feeling is sucked right into the back fat staring back at you. It's not pretty.

Like countless women in America, you are the victim of an ill-fitting bra. The good news is you can bust the bulge for good by wearing the right bra. The biggest misconception about back fat is that your bra is too tight when the opposite is true, your bra is too loose.

Think about the natural shape of your back for a moment. It has a nice V-shape, sloping gently down from your shoulder to your waist. The band of your bra should sit parallel to your bust line. If the band is too loose it will ride up your back to a wider part of the V and pull up causing the bulge.  A tighter band will sit firmly on the smaller part of your back that is horizontally parallel to your bust line. You need to be wearing the band lower on the back.

Finding your v-spot will completely eliminate back fat. Keep in mind that all the support of your bra is in the load bearing band. It is the architectural foundation. The shoulder straps are the lateral supports you need to prevent side-to-side sway. Never use the straps for support. Wearing them too tight will pull up on the band causing back fat to return.

Now go try on that sexy top again!

Once upon a time, I just carried my wallet and my keys in a small bag. Now, I carry a large bag that still carries my wallet and keys, but also diapers, wipes, crayons, snacks, juice boxes and boggie wipes. It's a big bag, a very big bag.
