While I was at BlogHer this past August in New York City (one of my most favourite cities ever!) I was invited to attend an event to preview some hot trends for 2013 hosted by Momtrends with Project Nursery and Zutano, in the one and only FAO Schwartz.
We were treated to yummy food and drinks, while getting the chance to check out all the adorable new pieces from Zutano. We also met the owners of the boutique, and heard the story of how they created a line of baby clothes after the arrival of their first born baby. Orders used to be hand-delivered all over NYC by the owner, Michael, on his bike, during the company's early days, and they eventually moved to Vermont. The company is a great place for moms to work at, too, because they allow moms to bring their babies into work with them for the first year. How great is that?
Zutano is in many fine boutiques in NYC, and is also located on the lower level of FAO Schwartz. Not only does Zutano make adorable pieces for your little one (it almost makes me want to have a third baby!) they also make really cute crib bedding and bath towels.
Zutano is now sold at Target, too, as if you needed another excuse to visit that store!
I received an adorable ouftif from Zutano which I happily gave to my favourite baby nephew,(who looks so adorable in the new clothes!) and I'm also giving away a $75 gift card to be used at Zutano, for one of my fabulous readers!
