I am a SAHM living on beautiful Vancouver Island, BC. When my daughter was born I thought it would be nice to be able to stay at home with her during her younger years...another child and nine years later, I am still here! A few years ago I also decided to tackle homeschooling (seriously, what was I thinking!). Writing on my blog www.momamusings.com is sometimes the only thing that keeps me sane..well that and numerous latte's, a glass of wine each evening, and a whole lot of deep breaths!
About my kids:
I have a 6 year old boy, who has me wrapped around his sweet little finger, and a beautiful daughter who, at 8, is already smarter than me!
Parenting is...:
hard....but most days completely worth it!
We know you don't have a lot, but when you do, what do you like to do in your spare time?:
Read, yoga, bake, cook, write, and hike - preferably all of the above done by myself.
When are you at your yummiest?:
On date nights with my husband, when I actually feel like dressing up...but they don't happen often enough.

What's currently in your purse?:
cell-phone, chapstick, keys, sun-glasses, tissues, small notebook, pen, wallet, numerous receipts - for what I have no idea, and tick-tacks that expired in 2011.
What superhero power would you like to have?:
If we gave you an elephant, where would you hide it?:
In the exercise room..maybe then I would visit that room more often
