She is also the author of The Kindness Journal, a guided journal for cultivating happiness and a more positive outlook in life by committing to daily acts of kindness. Natasha is devoted to inspiring and helping others become happier, feel more fulfilled, and ultimately become emotionally fit. She founded the Toronto clinic NKS Therapy in 2012.

About my kids: 
I have an son named Jay and one on the way! We live together with hubbie and dad in Toronto. We never knew that such a unique kind of love could exist in the world until we had him.
Parenting is...: 
a choice, not an obligation.
We know you don't have a lot, but when you do, what do you like to do in your spare time?: 
Most of it is spent with my son, hubs, or friends/family. But if I can squeeze in a bit of extra time, yoga, meditation, singing, reading, writing, and drinking red wine in front of Netflix!
When are you at your yummiest?: 
After coffee and a shower!
If someone wrote a biography about you, what would be the title?: 
How to be a Go-Getter
What's currently in your purse?: 
Wallet, keys, cell phone, business cards. And lipstick. And minty gum; I talk with people for a living.
What superhero power would you like to have?: 
The ability to read minds of course!
If we gave you an elephant, where would you hide it?: 
I wouldn't. There's no sense hiding from the elephant in the room.
