I'm a working mom of 2 young kiddies striving to put healthy meals on the table, and keep kitchen life simple! I didn't always like to cook, in fact I used to hate it. But, with two kids who are starving by the time our work/school days our done, over the last few years I've mastered cooking all my weekday meals in JUST ONE DAY! And you can too!

In my spare time I love to read, write, and play with my children!

On a Sunday! When I'm cooking up all of our weekday dinners!!
