Lara Wellman is a freelance writer and social media expert who has a passion for technology and building online communities. Lara has been blogging for over four years at her personal blog Gliding Through Motherhood and in 2010 co-founded two group blogs: Kids in the Capital and Losing it in Ottawa.
In her freelance capacity Lara writes and edits articles, newsletters, and blog posts on a variety of topics. She also helps people to build their online presence with strategic planning and training as well as hands on tactics such as building Facebook profiles and creating Twitter accounts.
