Darah is the devoted mom of five and wife of one. When she’s not mothering or “wife‐ing,” she’s an author, inspiring speaker, life COPING coach, group facilitator and suicide prevention activist.

About my kids:
All five are sharp-witted firecrackers! They're relentlessly inquisitive and keep me on my toes.(If it weren't for them, I'll probably end up in prison for something.) On weekends, I love to cuddle in bed with them and inhale their stinky morning breath.

Read, write, exercise, travel and tend to the garden.

Weekend mornings when I'm well-rested and have nowhere to rush off to.

loose tampons, Dollar Store hand sanitizer and a bunch of expired driver's licenses from Costa Rica and Panama.
