Former journalist turned communicator (yup, went to the "Dark Side") and Mom of two boys ages 7 and 3. I am the only one at my house with lady parts - even the dog is a boy!
I am a lifetime prairie resident, completely at home in my mid-sized city of Regina, SK. I have been described as "sassy" and it's a quality I seek in others, especially other moms.
I run my one-woman communications shop out of my home office while my husband builds his business at the kitchen table.
In my spare time I can be found madly working the remote buttons to make sure I can watch all my "after bedtime" shows.
About my kids:
Two wonderful, boisterous boys who are teaching me the joys of crashing cars but aren't much for tea parties and dress-up.

A challenge, a chore, infinitely boring and fascinating, inspiring, frightening and fulfilling. I love the Elizabeth Stone quotation:

We know you don't have a lot, but when you do, what do you like to do in your spare time?:
I am a voracious reader who eats whole books over a weekend; my PVR is always maxed out with TV I desperately want to see, and my favourite date is going to the movies.
When are you at your yummiest?:
Popcorn freshly made, remote in hand, ready to be entertained or ensconsed at my desk, keyboard clacking, Cola nearby.

Overstuffed wallet, prescription sunglasses, wet wipes, lip balm, pad & pen and nicotine gum.
