About my kids:
Laura Churchill Duke has two boys ages six (Thomas) and seven (Daniel). If you think you have active children, please trade with me for the day! These boys are busy, adventurous, brave and so much fun!
Parenting is...:
Parenting is a lot of work. I also think that it is also as complicated as you make it sometimes. We try so hard to make elaborate plans and the kids just want to play with the box.
We know you don't have a lot, but when you do, what do you like to do in your spare time?:
If not writing or working on her computer, Laura can be found baking, reading, having a glass of wine with her girlfriends, or hanging out with her family.
When are you at your yummiest?:
I truly love my kids, but realize that I am such a better mommy when I have had some time to myself. I am less distracted, more focused on the kids, and am ready to tackle the day. Happy mommy = happy family!

Crayons, tape measure (to measure the inseams of clothes for the kids), cell phone with a dead battery, business cards, pens, to-do lists, wallet (empty)
What superhero power would you like to have?:
To be like Elasta-girl -- stretch, bend, reach, grab
If we gave you an elephant, where would you hide it?:
Why hide it? It would be so cool! (or in the shed out back)
