Every three months or so I revisit my monthly bills, especially telephone, internet, cable, and cell phone bills. Often I will make a quick call to customer service to inquire if there are any special promotions available or if there is a way to reassess my plan and bill.
I often get a new special rate at great savings. In December, my cell phone bill was lowered by $10 per month and Bell Canada dropped $18 off of my internet billing per month.
These quick phone calls are definitely worth it over the year!
