This is a simple burger hack to elevate your grill game!
1. Mix together:
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp chopped green onion
- zest and juice of one lime
- a pinch of salt
2. Spread grilled naan bread with the yogurt
3. Top with baby kale, and serve along side watermelon slices garnished with chopped cilantro and a squeeze of lime.
Bonus? This yogurt doubles as a veggie dip for lunch tomorrow!
