We believe in co-sleeping, but only until the baby starts to kick and wake you during the night. So, to make an easy transition from Mom and Dad's bed to a crib or toddler bed, sleep with their blankie or bedding for a couple of nights. The blankie will absorb your Mommy smell, which is very comforting to little ones. When they are in their own bed, they won't miss you, and you won't miss being woken in the middle of the night!
