Don't be in such a hurry to donate all those teenager clothes. Teenagers (and most adults) tend to toss their old clothes before they're worn out. My daughter gets rid of jeans, dresses, and shorts that are top quality, because she knows she will never wear them again.
But you would be surprised at what kind of cash you can get for teen clothes that are in good shape. Next time you have a garage sale, hang the clothes on a prominent rack, so people can browse. Even getting $5-$10 per item adds up to a lot of good money.
And when that is done, then you can ship the leftovers off to the donation centre!
