Ah, Halloween. It’s more than just “Sexy Librarian” or “Sexy fire hydrant” (what? It’s probably a costume!). Halloween is a time when we can get super creative and show the world exactly who we are or what we love. And celebrities get in on this action too.

Oh Rosanne. A classic show with a loving family who happened to do Halloween beyond right every year. From Dan and Jackie’s Marie Antoinette (sans head) to all the pranks the family played on each other year after year, Rosanne’s Halloween episodes are classic TV.
Another annual TV Halloween tradition is The Today Show’s Halloween extravaganza. Last year, they recreated the Royal Wedding down to Kathy Lee and Hoda as Princesses Eugenie and Bea. This look, however, is a classic. From back in the glory days of J.Lo and P.Diddy (pre night-club guns!), Matt Lauer got laughs by wearing the infamous J.Lo Grammy Dress. All morning. In October. On TV.
This look was from the year that the couple first got married (they are divorced now) and shows that you don’t need to have a huge theme to look great. Recycling old/used clothes and giving them that “I slept in a graveyard” look is easy as pie.
One of my favourite parts of Halloween is the gender bending—especially girls dressing up as boys. Often, you get that “sexy” component which doesn’t always work (and frankly, looks cheesy). But sometimes, as Katy does here, you go full-force and the costume turns into something spectacular. Freddie Mercury is an icon of rock which I assume means Katy’s trying to tell us something about herself.
Heidi loves Halloween. It should be a sitcom. Every year, she throws amazing parties. She’s been everything from Shiva, the Indian Goddess of Destruction to a skinless person (that year, she arrived at the party on a stretcher covered in a white sheet). Her soon-to-be ex-husband Seal always got in on the action as well, tying their costumes together so well.
