Walk Yourself Slim

Squeezing exercise into a mom's schedule is no easy task. So what's the easiest way to get moving on a daily basis? Walking. Strap that kid into a stroller and you're off. But don't just go for any old saunter: work it. Power walk. Or, better: do intervals. Pepper your walk with high-intensity bursts of up to 3 minutes, and you'll burn more calories than you would with a steady pace. Another way to jack up that workout? Steer your stroller towards a nice hilly route.   workworkout
