Walk Yourself Slim

Squeezing exercise into a mom's schedule is no easy task. So what's the easiest way to get moving on a daily basis? Walking. Strap that kid into a stroller and you're off. But don't just go for any old saunter: work it. Power walk. Or, better: do intervals. Pepper your walk with high-intensity bursts of up to 3 minutes, and you'll burn more calories than you would with a steady pace. Another way to jack up that workout? Steer your stroller towards a nice hilly route.   workworkout

As a mother, Dr. Kim knows how hard it is to make healthy choices…when ordering takeout is just so damn easy. She is dedicated to helping moms find that sweet spot between positive lifestyle habits and the little indulgences that make life pleasurable.

Dr. Kim knows that not everything works for everybody. And don’t stress over “perfect”. Balance is a nice ideal but, really, only critical when crossing a room in four-inch heels.
