Everyone loves muffins, but the best parts are the tops. You could buy an expensive muffin top pan...or you can put the batter right on your cookie sheet! It's true! Put a big spoonful of batter directly on your cookie sheet and bake as per your recipe directions. Keep an eye on it for the last five minutes or so as it may bake a bit quicker than the recipe says. They come out crunchy on the outside, soft and moist on the inside.
