The perfect combination of sweet and spicy, this popcorn is absolutely delightful… and you can always add more Sriracha for added kick.
Plain popped popcorn
Salted butter, melted
2 tablespoons honey
4 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon Sriracha (or adjust to taste)
Melt butter and honey in a microwave-safe bowl or cup. This should take 30-45 seconds.
When butter and honey are melted, add Sriracha and stir.
Using a large bowl, drizzle butter mixture over the popcorn and toss.
