Sometimes, you have a need for something sweet and a little salty. Look no further than your cupboard, because you likely have everything you need to create a sweet, spicy, salty treat.
Plain popped popcorn
Salted butter, melted
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons cinnamon
Mix the brown sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl and set aside.
Using a large bowl, toss the popcorn with some butter. You don't want too much, but you want it to be coated enough that some of the topping will stick. Sprinkle the brown sugar and cinnamon topping over the popcorn, continuing to toss so that it coats the popcorn nicely.
Serve and enjoy!
Leftover popcorn topping can be put away in a jar with a lid for another day.
