by Kent P. Frandsen
I have a cookbook my mom gave me when I graduated high school and headed off to University. It's called "Where's Mom Now That I Need Her" by Kent Frandsen. Not only does it have some great recipes (Blender Banana Bread is our family favourite) it has some great tips on substituting ingredients and other cooking and cookware tips.
