Skin Care For Hard-Working Men

Men Need To Take Care Of Their Skin Too

When it comes to our skin, women tend to want to win the battle against aging and we want the same thing for our spouses.

My hubby works construction. He’s outdoors eight hours or more, Monday to Friday, and so his skin gets a lot of environmental outdoor exposure—a lot of damage is caused by dust, sun, and so onwhich makes his skin age more than it needs to. But he doesn’t need to worry, he has me!

I’m a certified cosmetician, so I know a lot about skin care, but I’m not out to preach or make any money, I’m just honest! There are so many products out there that I could pick out for him, but here’s the kickera product is not just better for him, simply because it has the term “men” on it. The same goes for cost, just because it’s more expensive, does not mean it is better.

Personally, I’ve been using rather inexpensive light exfoliating products and a light moisturizer, day and night, since my late teens. I’m thirty-three now, with two children, and people say I look much younger.

My hubby now uses the same exfoliator that I use. This is perfect for him to get all that outdoor dust and debris off. And something else that is very important for outdoor working men, like himself, is sunscreen. Though I still have not managed to get him to put it on every day, he still puts it on more often now than he ever has before. I can’t stress it enough, thougheverybody wear Sunscreen!  It will take years off your skin, if you wear it daily. I will, one day, get it drilled into his head to wear it, even if I have to put it in his lunchbox for him.  Hehe!

One more thinghis hands are being constantly used and boy do construction workers hands show how hard they work! They are so dry and cracked sometimes. Oh lovely daddys out there who want to look and feel good for their beautiful women, use hand lotion often. Something with a silicone base works wonders on those dry cracked hands. Great for us mommies too!

When it comes to our men, we women care!

We want you to look as well as we want ourselves to look!
