Easy Spicy Chicken Wing Recipe

Sometimes, you just need a quick and easy appetizer or snack food  that you can get on the table and doesn't require a lot of fuss. What's easier than three ingredient chicken wings that are so full of flavour your teenagers will fight over them? Make these for your holiday open house, for the boys after a hockey practice, or at a sledding party. They are sure to disappear as fast as you can get them on the table.

Ingredients:

Split chicken wing drumettes and flats
Montreal Chicken Spice
Buffalo-style wing sauce—mild (President’s Choice makes a good one)

  Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Prepare a large baking sheet by covering in a layer of tin foil and then a layer of parchment paper. Rinse the wings and lightly dry them. Lay them in a single layer on the baking sheet. If necessary, prepare another baking sheet so they can all lay flat.

Sprinkle wings liberally with chicken spice. Place in the oven, and bake for 45 minutes. Remove from the oven and pour off any liquid by carefully tipping the pan over the sink.

Using tongs, turn the wings over and sprinkle again with Montreal Chicken Spice. Drizzle wing sauce over top. Put the tray back in the oven and continue to bake until the wings are as crispy as you like (anywhere from 45-60 minutes).

Make sure to make lots, as these wings are a huge hit.
