Unless you've been living under a social media rock in the last few days, you likely know the story of Ted "The Voice" Williams. The homeless panhandler with a voice that could melt stainless steel was videotaped by a news reporter from a local paper in Columbus, Ohio. Within hours of the video story being uploaded to You Tube, his compelling story and his OMG voice went viral.

Yesterday he appeared on NBC's The Today Show and gave a frank, candid and inspired interview with the hosts about how his life has changed.

Jason McElwain's enthusiasm for basketball and just being a part of the team is brilliantly contagious.
This video makes me hopeful for the future. This young man, Ike, who has Down's Syndrome had been practicing this play for three years. Finally, he gets his moment in the sun and the other team graciously allows him to score a touchdown. Brings tears to my eyes every time I watch it.
