BBQ Ribs In 3 Easy Steps

One of My Family's Favourites

My family loves when I make ribs! This colourful and easy recipe is perfect for this weather, and lets us forget that we are desperately hoping for Spring!  


1 kilo (2.5 pounds) of baby back ribs
1 bottle of your favourite BBQ sauce
1 sweet potato, sliced 
1 regular potato, sliced
2 springs of rosemary
Kosher Salt

Bring a big pot of water to a boil and cook the ribs for about 30 minutes.

 Place the sweet potato and potato slices on a pan and add the ribs in the middle. Cover with the BBQ sauce and cook at 425F for about 20 minutes.

 Turn the ribs, add more sauce, and cook for another 20 minutes.

Serve with green beans, coleslaw, or a green salad.
