Woman Set to Tip Scales at 1,600 lbs

Her Goal to be World's Largest Woman

While most of us do our utmost to keep our post-baby waistlines in check, one woman is consuming as many calories as humanly possible.

Meet Susanne Eman whose improbable goal is to become the world's largest woman.

According to the UK Sun, the 32-year-old Arizona mom of two hopes to reach her ultimate weight -- over 1,600 lbs -- by her 41st or 42nd birthday. She has her work cut out for her. At 728 pounds, she's got a long way to go before reaching her goal. But she's on the right track, if her diet is anything to go by.

If you're sitting comfortably, have a read of her daily food log, which boasts a total 21,962 calories consumed:

Breakfast:

6 Scrambled Eggs Cooked In Butter=468 cal. Half Pound Of Bacon=1,168 cal. 4 Hash Browned Potatoes=672 cals. 6 Pieces Of Buttered Toast=600 cals. Ice Cream Shake=1,160 cals. Bag Of Animal Crackers=1,950 cals. 2-Litres Of Soda=800 cals. Bag Of Barbeque Chips=1,650 cals. 3 Ham And Cheese Sandwiches=1,576 cals.

Lunch:

3 Beef, Bean And Green Chili Burritos With Sour Cream=1,453 cals. Salad With Bacon, Cheese And Chicken=1,479 cals.

Dinner:

12 Tacos=4,906 cals. 2-Litres Of Soda=800 cals. 8 Scoops Of Ice Cream=2,080 cals. Pan Of Brownies=1,200 cals.

When it comes to sex, you may be inclined to think, let's not even go there. But Eman insists that men find her excess flesh a real turn-on. She's even done some plus-size modelling.

"The bigger I get, the better I feel," she told the Sun. "I feel confident and sexy." She also claims to be healthy, monitoring her blood-sugar levels and exercising regularly.

"I go for a waddle and do stretches and exercises every day. My muscles need to hold my weight, so I have to stay strong," Eman said.

Her doctor, Patrick Flyte, begs to differ. "She's playing Russian roulette with her life."

Her kids would likely agree. It's a long shot, but I'm guessing they would probably rather have a mom who loved herself (and them) enough to stick around, instead of seeking fame through half-baked infamy.

Guinness Book, here she comes.
