RECALL: Discovery Kids Animated Marine and Safari Lamps

Health Canada has recalled the lamps with model numbers 1641522-23, as they haven't yet been tested for compliance under current standards and may pose a safety hazard.

Although neither MerchSource, LLC nor Health Canada has received any reports of incidents or injuries, customers are advised to return the lamps to any Bed Bath & Beyond store in Canada for a full refund.

Between October 2009 to January 2012, approximately 6,006 units of the affected lamps were distributed to Bed Bath and Beyond stores in Canada.
