April Fools' Day Came Late (But Oh Did It Ever Deliver)

Hi, this is Kevin from the Pregnancy Resource Centre...

april fools prank

April Fools' Day came and went, and if you thought the whole pranking tradition was a little lame, think again. While it may be late coming (kind of like what happened to this student...), this joke was certainly worth waiting for.

In the video, courtesy of Today, an economics professor Stephen Barrows of Michigan's Aquinas College, has a policy that if students leave their phones on his class, they must be answered on speakerphone.

So it goes that student Taylor Nefcy complies. The rest is must-watch magic, especially the Professor's reaction.

Barrow is so taken, he quickly tells the student to turn off the speaker.

When the message continues, he publicly apologizes to Nefcy, who says, "That's okay. I've been expecting this..." before delivering the final sucker punch.

You've never seen a professor look so relieved.

This royal prank took a very tragic turn...
