Health Canada, the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (US CPSC) and Toys R Us have jointly recalled the Fast Lane FA-005 Remote-Control Helicopter with the following model number 5F5F2F5 and UPC 886150510022.
The rechargeable batteries inside the helicopters may overheat, posing fire/burn hazards.
Toys R Us Canada received 11 reports of incidents, in several countries, though no injuries were reported.
Customers should immediately stop using the helicopter and return it to a Toys R Us store for a full refund or store credit.
