Shopping for plus-size clothing in Canada just got a little more interesting. Old Navy has just expanded its online sizing to include plus sizes starting at a 16W running up to 30W. To say the curvy women I know are a little excited is an understatement!
I have always managed to find clothing for myself in the stores with the lines there running up to an XXL but it's nice to know women of all sizes across Canada can shop the wider size selection now too. To find your exact sizing, make sure to refer to the online size chart. There are lots of cute finds online including several styles of jeans from boyfriend to super skinny to patterned. I know it may not sound glamourous, but I am most excited about the Knit Tees & Tops section! It is so hard to find casual, cool t-shirts and long sleeve cozy jerseys in Canada.

Something a little unexpected while roaming the new plus section...wide calf boots. Curvy calved fashionistas across Canada are rejoicing! This is one area of fashion that has been non-existent until recently so it is nice to see this amongst the selection and under $60 as well. The site is rounded out by other great accessories including several belt styles. Nice to see options without elastic finally!
If you are worried about shipping costs, you needn't. If you spend $50 or more, 7-8 day shipping is free. And if you are wondering when all this goodness will be coming to a store near you, I have a theory — if online plus-size sales are going to be as insane as I believe they will be, Old Navy will naturally start carrying plus sizes in its stores. So get shopping!
