Quick No-Bake Energy Bites

Quick no bake energy bites

I can't make enough of these energy bites! My husband and I love them and eat the entire recipe every time I make them! Before making these energy bites I was unfamiliar with hemp hearts but now I love them for their nutritional value and taste. 


1 cup oatmeal (not quick oats)
1/2 cup peanut butter, I used nut-free peanut butter which was delicious
1/3 cup agave or honey or maple syrup
1/2 cup ground flax
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup hemp hearts

  Mix all ingredients together except for hemp hearts.

  Roll into small balls, around 1-2 tablespoons of batter each.

  Roll each ball in hemp hearts. Place on foil lined baking sheet. Cover with plastic wrap.

  Refrigerate 30 minutes.

Makes approximately 30 energy bites
