I love making cookies with mini M&M's in them but they are hard to find and not available at all grocery stores. Recently I tried using regular size M&M's with mini chocolate chips and loved it. Forget about running around trying to find mini M&M"s, this is my new favourite cookie recipe!
Ingredients
Preheat oven to 350. In an electric mixer, or by hand, mix butter until it is light and fluffy. Add in both sugars and vanilla. Mix well. Mix in eggs. Lightly mix in flor, baking powder, baking soda, salt, M&M's and chocolate chips. Scoop by tablespoon onto parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, or until the outer edge of the cookie is lightly brown and the inside of the cookie still looks underbaked. Allow to cool on cookie sheet for 10 minutes before removing cookies. Place cookies on cooling rack.
