My sister-in-law recently introduced me to these ready cooked beets she found at Costco. All you have to do is open the package and slice them up any way you want! If you want them warmed up no problem, just boil them or warm in the microwave. Each container at Costco comes with 4 packages that each contain 3 cooked beets. The expiration date is months away so you have a lot of time to use them up. I love beets but don’t usually buy them as the thought of having to roast them is one extra step of work I don’t want to do.
