Quick And Delicious Chicken Drumsticks Recipe

If I need a fast dinner to make for my children I make them chicken drumsticks. The easiest way to prepare them—and more preferred by my children—is with salt, garlic, and onion powder only. However, if your family is a bit more adventurous try them with the sauce that I've included. Either way you will feel good about feeding your family a healthy dinner that took you no time at all.


8 chicken drumsticks, skinless preferred. (If skinless is unavailable remove skin yourself, it's easy.)
1 tsp each: salt, onion powder, garlic powder

Optional Sauce:

1/2 cup apricot jam
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
 Preheat oven to 375.
 Line a baking pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper, spray with nonstick spray. Place chicken drumsticks in a single layer.  
 Sprinkle with salt, onion and garlic powder evenly. If using sauce add sauce on top of seasonings.
 Bake 30-40 minutes or until clear juices run from chicken.
