4 Ingredient Cookies And Cream Ice Cream Recipe

Our ice cream maker is doing over-time now that the warm weather has arrived. This easy recipe for homemade cookies and cream ice cream will make you feel good about serving your family a frosty treat. I couldn't believe how great this tasted—as good as anything you'd find in the freezer section of the grocery store. Your kids will love the delicious ice cream they can help you make at home, and without any additives, preservatives, colour, or chemicals, this will become one of your favourites too!

 

I make ours in a Kitchenaid ice cream bowl, but any ice cream maker will do. It doesn't have to be fancy!

 

1 litre table cream (18%)

pinch of salt

15 Oreo cookies

 

 

 Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and churn for 20 minutes (or as per instructions).

 

 Place the Oreos in a large resealable bag and break apart with a rolling pin into desired consistency. 

 

 

 Transfer ice cream into a resealable storage container and place in freezer until desired consistency.
