Easy Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff Recipe

it's no effort to put this tasty meal on the table

My kids love this dish because it's delicious. I love it because I can make it in the morning by just throwing all the ingredients straight into the pot. The beef is melt-in-your-mouth tender and the sauce reminds me of the gravy served up at the old neighbourhood deli my grand-dad used to take me to as a kid. 

I serve them up on egg noodles which cook up in just a few quick minutes. That way we can walk in the door on a cold day and be sitting down to a delicious meal within minutes.

Easy Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients:
 
1 cup water
4 pounds stew beef, cubed
2 small onions, chopped
1 pounds mushroom, sliced
2 clove garlic, minced
1 bay leaf
1 cup white wine
1 tablespoon black pepper
2 teaspoon salt
1 cup crushed tomato
4 tablespoons paprika
2 cups condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
12 oz package of egg noodles
 
 Add all ingredients except beef and noodles to the slow cooker. Mix to combine.
 
 Stir in the beef and mix together. Cook on low for 8 hours.
 
 Prepare egg noodles as per instructions and spoon Stroganoff over noodles.
 
Serves 6
