What to give 22 classmates for Valentine's Day? This question is on the mind of many parents this week. Whether it's a simple Valentine's Day card or a bigger treat—it's time to get your Valentine's on. I have a few nut-free Valentine's Day classmate suggestions to help guide you through the heartful giving.
Valentine's Day card: Easily buy-able at any grocery, drug, or dollar store. You can also easily make your own using Free Valentine's Day Templates.
Valentine's Day pencils: Find them at dollar stores in packs of 8 and 10. A practical sugar-free Valentine's Day treat.
Valentine's Day chocolates: Unless your school has a NO chocolate policy—this is a sure-fire hit.
Popcorn and dried cranberries: Pop popcorn and add a few dried cranberries into a ziplock bag (tied with a red ribbon of course!) to make a salty/sweet Valentine's Treat.
Lollipops: Not my favourite treat (as kids always get sticky) but still Valentine-able to give.
Recycled crayons: Re-purpose your broken pink, red, and white crayons by making recycled crayons in heart-shaped muffin tins.
Friendship bracelet: Braid red, white, and pink pieces of yarn into a bracelet.
Bookmarks: Make personalized bookmarks for your classmates using scissors and markers. Or you can customize these Microsoft Free Bookmark templates.
What do you think? Give a Valentine to everyone in the class or just to close friends?
