A rhyming book for young kids

The Girl Who Cannot Eat Peanut Butter Giveaway

I was approached on Twitter about reviewing this cute little book, and I'm giving away the copy that was sent to me for review. It's the perfect tale for young kids, and would make an excellent addition to a preschool or kindergarten classroom! The story is simple to understand, easy to follow, and has simple, teachable lessons for small kids.

The Girl Who Cannot Eat Peanut Butter is a brightly illustrated rhyming book about a little girl who feels alone in her class because of her peanut allergy. Through fun examples, author Sharon Chisvin leads kids to the conclusion that everyone has something that makes them different, and a food allergy is just one of those things.

It's a great first introduction into the idea of allergies, and would be helpful for newly-diagnosed kids or for young kids developing empathy for friends with allergies.
