Loblaw Companies Ltd has recalled its Joe Fresh brand quilted striped baby jackets with the style code BBF5OT4316.
The company was alerted that young children may be able to remove buttons from the jackets, which could pose a choking hazard.
Although no injuries were reported, a child removing and mouthing a button occurred in at least one instance.
Sold from 1 September 2015 by the following retailers across the country:
Customers are advised to stop using the jackets and return them to any store where Joe Fresh clothing is sold for a full refund.
