YMC has announced a new venture with their team of bloggers and experts to launch a network of home day cares from coast to coast. Understanding that YMC readers are stressed out from trying to have it all, all of the YMC staff members have decided to put their personal lives and careers on hold to open daycares in their homes.

"YMC bloggers have been inviting moms into our digital home for the last seven years. Now, we're inviting you into our real homes" says YMC Editor-in-Chief Ali Martell.

Now, moms across the country can contact their favourite YMC Blogger or Expert, book a time and drop their kids off without a care. While our readers are out having a glass of wine, going for a run, or just lounging around with a good book, YMC will be there for them.

Publisher Erica Ehm was "not surprised" when Dr. Kim Foster agreed to close her practice to look after kids in her Victoria home. "I was there for moms online to help them with health issues. Now, I'll be able to really care for their sick kids when they drop them off at my place." says Dr. Foster with a smile.

Head writer for YMC Sharon DeVellis happily put her triathalon plans on hold so other moms can take care of themselves too. "In fact, I was a bit relieved" says DeVellis with a smile. "Pass the wine!"

YMC Community Manager Eileen Fisher sees this as a natural extension of her job. "I spend my day connecting with moms. Now, it will be with their kids. We'll all hang out on Pinterest and Facebook together."

Even Julie Cole, who runs the incredibly successful Mabel's Labels business, is putting her entrepreneurial life on hold to open up a home daycare. "Heck, I have 6 kids already. What's another 20 more. Bring 'em on!"

While some bloggers admit it "may" be a bit of a lifestyle adjustment to host scores of busy kids in their homes, they each are happy to be able to offer their unique services to Canadian families. Kids have allergies? No problem. Just drop them at Devan's Daycare. Kids like to shop? Loukia will take them on day trips to Target and H&M. Want to teach your kids to be less messy? Resident YMC Control Freak Jen will whip your kids in shape at her daycare. Got a budding DIY artist? Sarah Gunn's home is your home!
