Make Your Own THICK Low-Fat Yogurt!

It's as easy as can be to make your own thick Greek-style yogurt. Line a sieve with a few coffee filters (you could also use cheesecloth), sit over a pot, pour in your yogurt, cover with plastic wrap, and place in the fridge. Let sit at least a few hours, or even longer. The whey will drain out into the pot and what you'll have left is deliciously thick yogurt. From here you can eat as is, or incorporate into your favourite dips and recipes. You get the same results for a fraction of the cost!
