Author Profile:

After years of working as a news editor and writing a nationally syndicated Life column for daily newspapers, I delved into the world of freelancing and mommy-hood. Man, I am learning a lot!

I've written for Tourism Toronto, Canada.com, Montreal Gazette, Kingston Whig Standard, Edmonton Journal, Ottawa Sun, Calgary Herald, Bay Street Bull and Huffington Post, among many others. I am also the co-founder of the website ChicSavvyTravels.com aimed at gals who simply refuse to hang up their backpacks.

My husband and I had our first baby in mid-June and he's wonderful, well loved and very, very wiggly.

About my kids:
He's a curious little guy. He has uncontrollable giggle fits, which are absolutely infectious.
When are you at your yummiest?:
With breezy beach hair, juicy delicious lipgloss and freshly showered after a good workout ...
If someone wrote a biography about you, what would be the title?:
Laughter
