Meg Cassidy was drawn to design from a very young age, with her mother in the fashion and modeling business, Meg was surrounded by beautiful interiors and style. It was then that she would rearrange a living room while her parent’s vacationed over a weekend or wallpaper her own bathroom at the ripe age of 15. Meg completed her BA at Wilfrid Laurier University where she then entered the business world in the field of Event Marketing. Throwing parties for large Tier 1 Corporations, Meg not only learned how to effectively manage critical paths and tight time lines but was able to release her creativity and passion for beautiful event design.
Meg is the Principal Designer for Milk & Cotton. It began with Meg’s innate desire to always make people feel at home. Meg said, ” I want to be that house where my closest friends can drop by at any time, no invitation required. A place where there is always a great bottle of wine, good food and a big white sofa to chat on.”
Meg’s most beautiful creation is her daughter Sloane. Being a Mom is the most fulfilling job in the whole entire world.
