Heather Hamilton - special needs mummy to her amazing son, Zack who died March 10th. Looking to him for strength while she is raising money for a room at their local hospital in Zack’s honour. Heather continues to find her inner supermummy for her other two beautiful sons Ty and Jayden, but her journey with Zack continues to inspire her every day.
