I love being a mom and I think I am a pretty good one. But I’m definitely far from perfect. I’d rather watch bad reality TV at night than come up with some fantastic creative craft activity to do with my kids on the weekend. I giggled when my littlest one got kicked in the head by my older one on the monkey bars (she was fine, and I got it on video). I don’t always give my son healthy, organic snacks in his lunch (oh, the humanity!). But my kids are growing up fine and happy and I just have to think that maybe, just maybe it is OK to be this un-perfect. About my kids:
Seven-year-old stepson (Gabriel): hilarious, sensitive, energetic and kind of a troublemaker.
Three-year-old daughter (Kailyn): also hilarious, independent, stubborn, and completely in awe of big brother.

The most frustrating, beautiful, frightening and satisfying thing I have ever experienced.
We know you don't have a lot, but when you do, what do you like to do in your spare time?:
Go out to dinner, travel, play softball, drink wine and lots of coffee.
When are you at your yummiest?:
When my husband and I go away for a night or weekend and I have lots of time to get ready and just relax!
What's currently in your purse?:
An umbrella, a bag of Goldfish crackers, my family's passports (eek! I didn't know they were in there!), my iPod, a reusable shopping bag.
What superhero power would you like to have?:
