Author Profile: 

Robin Farr is a woman, a writer, a wife, a runner, a communications professional, a speaker and a mom - chronologically, at least. She got mixed up philosophically during her struggle with postpartum depression but wrote her way out of it on her blog, Farewell, Stranger. That experience, and a lifelong habit of finding inspiration in even the bad things that happen to her, led her to a new motto: “Live the life you’re meant to.” She's now working on doing just that. You can find her on Twitter @FarewellStrangr or on Facebook.

About my kids: 

My oldest, Connor, is five and both the sweetest and most challenging kid I know. Ethan was born in October 2012 and Mr. Mellow. Yin and Yang. Our family is complete.

Parenting is...: 

way harder than I expected but way more fulfilling too.

We know you don't have a lot, but when you do, what do you like to do in your spare time?: 

Write, run, read blogs, go for walks with my dog.

When are you at your yummiest?: 

When I've had enough sleep.

What superhero power would you like to have?: 

The ability to pause time.

If we gave you an elephant, where would you hide it?: 

In the basement. No one would see it among the toy chaos.
