Author Profile:

Dina Kulik is a wife, mother, paediatrician and emergency medicine doctor. She lives in Toronto, Ontario and is surrounded by testosterone with a husband, three sons (age 4 and 2 and 0) and two male dogs (age 3 and 1!).

She is a spin fanatic and adrenaline junky, needing constant stimulation to keep from getting bored (maybe that’s where the kids get it from?). Organized chaos is how she thrives. Sound familiar mommies?

Dina is eager to share practical and fun kids knowledge. Check out her blog at DrDina.ca. She is hoping to get the conversation going on all things related to children’s health. From breastfeeding challenges, to solid food introduction to managing night terrors, Dina has been through it all, personally and professionally. Raising healthy, adaptable children is a challenge. No one does perfectly and no one comes out unscathed. Survival is the goal most days! Let’s chat and make it just a little bit easier with tips and tricks for parenting.

About my kids:
I have three amazing boys, age 4, 2 and a newborn. Yep - thats three boys under 4! (I'm scared).
Parenting is...:
Unpredictable. The hardest and most rewarding thing I've ever done. Joyful and exhausting.
We know you don't have a lot, but when you do, what do you like to do in your spare time?:
I am a spinning and Lagree junkie and love to spend any and all free time outside with my family. Hiking, biking, swimming... we can't get enough. When the kids are asleep - wine with the girls!
When are you at your yummiest?:
Sweating on a spin bike. And also cuddled on the couch with my husband and dogs after a long day of work.
If someone wrote a biography about you, what would be the title?:
Organized chaos, the life and times of a Doctor Mom
What's currently in your purse?:
Diapers, kids snacks, protein bars, lipgloss, hand cream, iPhone, sunglasses, keys. I would love to say lipstick and a good novel, but alas...
What superhero power would you like to have?:
Non-fatiguability. Isn't this what all parents want?
If we gave you an elephant, where would you hide it?:
Why hide it? Elephants are amazing! Kids would love if i had one in the office!
