About my kids:
My kids are a true inspiration, after arriving "too early," and then beating all the enormous odds they faced. My children are growing into funny, quirky and loving little boys and each and every day my husband and I cherish the privilege to be these little guys' parents.
Parenting is...:
a rollercoaster ride that just doesn't stop. It's filled with amazing highs and sometimes some shocking lows, but in the end it's a powerful and life-altering experience you'll never forget!
We know you don't have a lot, but when you do, what do you like to do in your spare time?:
I truly enjoy giving back to my local community, working with my local Chapter of Multiple Births Canada. I'm passionate about raising awareness of premature birth in Canada and take to social media, blog writing and speaking at special events to bring attention to this important topic.
When are you at your yummiest?:
I am my yummiest when I am at peace with the fact my TV room floor may never be seen again, keeping an eye on my kids playing in that bottomless pit, while sipping a lukewarm cup of coffee with a tablet or newspaper in hand.
If someone wrote a biography about you, what would be the title?:
The Clone Wars: Aiming to be many things to many people and somehow able to find a balance in between!
What's currently in your purse?:
A purse organizer - yes, I bought one of those. 8 pens. You can never have too many pens. Gum. A wallet. A calculator. A cell phone. A business card holder. Business cards. A lanyard with keys. A magnet. A coupon. An uncashed cheque - When do people actually have time to go to a physical bank? 12 paint chips. A tin of mints. Sunblock. Lipstick. A diaper. Post-It notes. Throat lozenges. White out. Lip Gloss. Loose change. Half a broken kid's toy...
What superhero power would you like to have?:
The Ultimate Organization Super Power
If we gave you an elephant, where would you hide it?:
In the TV Room. You can't find anything in there.
