Homemade Pizza Rolls
From Tidy Mom [2]
Homemade pizza is usually a hit with everyone!! We’ve grilled pizza [3] made garlic chicken pizza, [4]even made these calzones [5] with pizza sauce and toppings. I’m always looking for ways to change it up so it doesn’t always feel like “pizza again.“
I haven’t experimented with making our own crust yet……..that’s next on my list.
These homemade pizza rolls have now become one of our favorites! They were even tasty the next day leftover and cold!

Cinnamon Streusel Dessert Pizza
From Simply This & That [6]
One of my favorite things about going to a pizza place is the dessert pizza! It doesn't matter the variation, they're all so yummy! I found this recipe through Pinterest and for sure had to give it a try! You can whip this dessert up in a jiffy and it only takes a few ingredients. The kids give it two thumbs up! Next time I make this dessert, I'm going to try it with apple or raspberry pie filling.

Taco Pizza
From Real Mom Kitchen [7]
Today’s recipe was one that I made for the Super Bowl. I got my inspiration for this one from a recipe I saw at Jolene’s Culinary Adventures [8]. The great thing about this recipe is you can cut it into large squares and serve it as a main dish or cut it into smaller squares and serve it as an appetizer.
This was yummy and easy to put together. You can’t loose with pizza at my house. I also created a cold version of this that I will share tomorrow.

Cheesy Homemade Pizza
From Tickling Palates [9]
I’ve yet to find a person who would say no to these cheesy gooey pizzas. Though I have made pizzas many times, it has always been with the ready-made pizza bases available in the market, and this is the first time I’m attempting it from scratch. This is the recipe [10] that my children chose from Sangeetha [11]’s space for the Blog Hop Wednesdays [12]. As I know her space right from the time she started, I know her recipe collection very well and hence left it to my children’s choice. Trust me when I say that I will not buy the base from stores any more, and it will be always be homemade from now on. There is something to homemade pizza which makes you fall in love with it all over again.

Spinach White Pizza
From King Arthur Flour [14]
Trust me, if I ever meet Wolfgang Puck, I will kiss that little man’s feet for really opening the world of pizza up at Spago in the 1980s with the Prince of Pizza, Ed LaDou. Together they revolutionized pizza as cuisine, making over 250 different pizza “concepts.” including the ever-popular Buffalo chicken pizza. (check out Wikipedia for more history on cool California-style pizza.)
So, let’s take a break from the tomato sauce/cheese/pepperoni pizza that saw us through football season, and make our Spinach White Pizza [15]. Rich ricotta cheese, plenty of mozzarella, and garlicky spices form a base for tender sautéed spinach. Fresh feta cheese adds a bit of bite for a fabulous finish.
